Booking takes a few minutes and you'll see the full price before you confirm.
- Open the provider (or practice) and pick the service you want. The price and visit length are shown.
- Choose in-person or telemedicine (if the provider offers both).
- Pick a date and time from the availability calendar, and select the location for an in-person visit.
- Sign in or create your account if you haven't already (name, date of birth, gender, phone, email).
- Add a payment method.
- Review the details (provider, date/time, service, and price) and confirm.
- You'll get a confirmation email, and the visit shows up under Visits.
Tips
- On the mobile app you can add the appointment to your device calendar right after booking.
- Returning on mobile? You may be able to sign in with Face ID.
