You may cancel any scheduled care for a full refund up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled care incur a fee equal to 50% of the prepaid amount up to a maximum of $95.
Example: If your appointment is $100 and you cancel before 72 hours you will receive the whole $100 back.
Example: If your appointment is $100 and you cancel before 24 hours, you will get $50.
Example: If your appointment is $200 and you cancel within 24 hours, you will get $95 back.
