After you book, you'll see a confirmation screen and get a confirmation email with your visit details.
To see your visit again anytime, go to Your Visits. Each visit shows the provider, the date and time, the service, and the location or telemedicine details.
Before an in-person visit
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early.
- Bring a valid photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport.
- Write down any questions you have for your provider.
If your provider needs paperwork or anything else before the visit, they'll contact you directly.
