Your card is handled securely by Stripe. Be:Seen never stores your full card number.
Add a card
- Add a card while you book, or ahead of time from Profile Settings > Payments.
- Set a default card. You can add, replace or remove cards anytime.
When you're charged
- If your visit is within 72 hours, your card is charged when you book.
- If your visit is further out, it's booked right away and your saved card is charged automatically about 72 hours before the visit. You don't need to do anything.
- You'll get an email when the payment goes through.
Paying an invoice yourself
Sometimes a practice sends you an invoice directly, or an automatic payment doesn't go through. Go to Payments and select Pay Now on the invoice.
Tips
- Keep your default card up to date so the automatic charge goes through.
- Saved cards make future bookings faster.
