Yes. There is no exclusivity clause in the provider agreement, and no minimum volume you have to keep on the platform. Be:Seen's fee applies only to visits booked through Be:Seen.
What comes with a visit booked through Be:Seen
The patient pays the up-front price they saw when they found you, and Be:Seen collects that payment for you. Payment and refund questions come to Be:Seen, not to your front desk.
What the agreement does specify
For a visit booked through Be:Seen, the payment runs through the platform. You would not separately bill that patient, or their insurer, for that same visit. That applies to the individual visit that was booked here, not to the patient.
Our fees are administrative fees for using the platform. They are not payment for patient referrals.
