How do I add my availability to the Be:Seen system?

 Login to your provider portal

Select “Providers” on the top menu in your provider portal

Click "Edit Provider"

Click "Next: Services" on the bottom righthand corner

Click "Next: Availability" on the bottom righthand corner and use the drop-down menu to select start and end times for each day

Select the location as well as the type of appointments the provider offer for each time block

You can also use the “Out of Office” tab on the top menu to pause availability for a set time period
