How do I get alerted when a patient books an appointment?

When a patient books an appointment you will send an email alerting you at the main contact email address you provided in your provider portal. You will also see the appointment reflected in your visit calendar. Although you will receive an email, it is important to regularly check your visit calendar for updates.

To check your appointments:

Login to your account and select the "Appointments" tab on the lefthand menu. 

You will see a list of upcoming appointments and can select each one to view the appointment details and patient contact information.

To see upcoming appointments in a calendar view, select your preferred view from the top menu.
