How do I get alerted when a patient cancels an appointment?

If a patient cancels an appointment more than 72 hrs prior to the booked appointment, we send you an email and mark the availability back to open. If the appointment is within 72 hrs, we ask the patient to call your practice directly to cancel or rebook the appointment for a more convenient time and date. Please contact us for any refunds required.
