Patients book and pay for services, so these need to exist before anyone can book. You set your own prices.
- Go to Business > Services.
- Select Add Service.
- Enter the name, a short description, the price, and the duration.
- Save. The service appears in your list, where you can edit or remove it anytime.
Per-provider services
Each provider can also carry their own services with an individual price, duration, and visit mode (in-person or telemedicine), plus a bookable toggle that controls whether patients can book it online.
Tip: transparent, upfront pricing is the whole point of Be:Seen. The price you set here is exactly what the patient sees before they book.
