Will I still get paid if a patient cancels?

If a patient cancels within 72 hours, then you will receive 50% of the cancelation fee minus the platform technology fee. There is no cancelation fee if the patient cancels outside of the 72 hours.

Example:

Be:Seen has a maximum cancelation fee of $95 or 50% of the appointment charge. For a $100 dollar appointment, we pay the payment processing fee of $4.95 and return the patient $50. Of the remaining $45.05, you receive $19.15.
